Grandparent Long term care tv only

Hello,

My grandpa recently moved into a long term care home. The care home provided a Telus number and simple instructions. I followed the instructions but

the person who took my call was in Guatemala and kept telling me I need to also pay for internet. The care home has internet. I just need basic tv for him and fast. He’s bored lol

someone please help me 😞
