Hello all, I just cancelled my home internet service after the end of my contract, and I got an email saying that I have to return "my TELUS equipment" otherwise I will get charged. However my apartment is QuickConnect enabled and all the equipment were in that box on the wall since day one. I feel like it would make more sense if I put the equipment back in that box rather than shipping it back to Telus since the equipment was never shipped to me from anywhere. Just wondering if anyone know what's the best thing to do in this case?19Views0likes1CommentWhere's my final Bill?
I cancelled Telus last month and was told I that I would pay for my current bill in full then the next bill with auto generate at your usual time. Well it's past my usual bill time and nothing as generate. Also, I got equipment return email from Purolater. I shouldn't have gotten that as I live in a Telus Quick Connect Building and the Telus modem/router combination (I only had internet) says 'DO NOT REMOVE'. I don't know if because if that the bill didn't auto generate because it was expecting the equipment. I will say this though. Telus cancellation experience is just as bad as being a Telus customer. When I cancelled Shaw in the past within 24 hours I had my final bill stating which equipment I needed to return (their serial numbers), the total bill if I didn't return the equipment and if I did. Everything was upfront to me. The fact I don't have that a month later and let alone a single email from telus detailing anything about my cancellation except for a email from Purolater is a joke.407Views0likes2Comments
