Apple Watch cellular won't activate on EPP plan?
I switched from Rogers and have used the Apple Watch on their network, Freedom's and Bell's with no issues over the last 7 years. Telus tech support reps keep saying my watch must be locked to a carrier and that I need to reset my watch back to factory settings (which makes no sense - the two are unrelated). Searched google and read up on this forum and seen reports of others having issues with Apple Watch cellular plans not activating with EPP plans and that they had to submit tickets with tech support to the agents on the back end to provision the account properly in order to fix. I called in and had an agent submit a ticket and am waiting to hear back. How has Telus still not fixed this documented issue multiple years later? Definitely not a great impression for a new customer.
Claiming galaxywatch 8 promo EPP
Does someone know how to claim the galaxywatch 8 promo ? I dont seem to be able to claim it . yes i got to code finaly but it seem that none of telus departement know how to order it . i was just on the phone whit them (motly waiting ) for 3h being send from a departement to another . the EPP portal dont let me put in a promo code there isnt a box for it and the normal site dont let me dont anything just tell me to go true EPP. i spoke whit EPP depertement they told me to call online order . online order tell me they cant create new order they passed me to custumer support . custumer support told me they cant do it because it is EPP and call EPP and of course by the time EPP was closed for the day .
EPP Price Match Pending
I submitted a request to price match the pixel 9 pro EPP promo as it went to $10/mo from $13.46/mo. They said they would let me know in 1-3 business days but I haven't received an update. A number from Telus called me but it hung up right away when I picked up. Can you please assist in processing my application? Thanks!
