Throttling of internet?
Was thinking about changing my home internet from a set monthly data cap to unlimited. Does Telus throttle internet speed at a certain point when you have unlimited?

How Has This Overage Issue Not Been Addressed?
I've seen this problem now looking into it going back like 6 years, but mine went to another level! $460 pre-auth to credit card in PDA charges while connected to wi-fi and mobile data shut off. Are we saying at this point that PDA charges cannot be auto flagged or something to this degree. Now I have to go and beg for my money back.

Poor signal in Vancouver
I’ve been receiving inexplicably low cell signal (particularly in downtown Vancouver) for over a year now. My partner is experiencing same with Telus. We have tried everything including swapping out SIM cards etc. I’ve heard something is currently wrong with Telus towers but have been unable to confirm an ETA on repairs. Surely, this can’t continue. Any help?

Do the pre-paid plans work at 5G speeds?
Simple question, but the chatbot unfortunately couldn't answer it, so I'll have to ask here. I'm getting a new phone that can connect to 5G, but my old carrier doesn't support 5G. It looks like Telus has a 5G network, and their regular monthly plans seem to include 5G connectivity. But the website doesn't say anything about the speed of the pre-paid plans.
