TelusTV+ activation issues
Hello, I have just signed up for stream+ and i cannot get TelusTV+ to activate. I click the link to activate and it takes to to stream+ site. when i try to log in it tells me I'm not logged in, or takes me to the login page and i sign in using my TELUS info and it keeps giving errors or telling me I'm not logged in. The other accounts activated with no issues but this one will not activate. Has anyone had this happen and know if there is a fix? Thanks!
Frustrated with no internet activated
Received modem 24 hours ago, still unable to access internet. Customer supports connects after an hour then they keep you on hold for an hour. Apparently people who lived in this place before had internet which is on hold so I can not get internet. Tried so many times calling them, it’s always more than an hour to connect to a person. There is no email, please either help or take your wonderfulty service back. I would go with other providers.
