A little over 2 years ago, I took an offer from Telus to switch from Shaw/Rogers. At that time, the new Optik TV had been out for only about 3-4 months and it was plagued with issues. Basic expected functions were missing and the Cloud PVR had issues including losing about 50 recordings all at once. While the Android had better app options compared to Shaw/Rogers, it was overall very frustrating and appeared that it was released to the public too soon. We cancelled at 90 days and we were still given a full refund of all cancellation fees. Wondering if longtime Telus customers are still having issues and whether the system is more stable?
