If you are using an iPhone I had a similar problem. I called customer support and they told me about a specific setting on the phone to gain a stronger 5g signal. In main settings go to cellular > cellular data options > Data Mode > and select allow more data on 5g. This made a huge difference for me. I went from not being able to use my phone in the hallway of a building to being able to use it in my underground parking. Ever since joining Telus a few months ago I have been having trouble with certain apps and websites not accurately getting my location (Toronto, Ontario). Some apps have no problem seeing exactly where I am when I am on mobile network while others sense that I am in Quebec and load in french. When I am at home and connected to my home network it all works fine so I do not think its an issue with my phone (iphone 15 pro max), although I have tried resetting all of my location settings to fix the problem.
