I sent out my equipment as I cancelled my account at Telus. Equipment was mailed right after the recent Canada Post strike and after 6 weeks, I am told it hasn't arrived yet and have a fee to pay... Anyone in the same situation?
Hi, I thought I replied 2 weeks ago by email. It seems you can’t be reached as I’m charged now for late mailing… how can I get in touch? It seems rather complicated on my end. I have the tracking number.
