I tried emailing but either the emails are bounced or receive no response. The virtual chat gets nowhere. Then the callback is the start of the denial. I been told the promo BONUS100 didn’t exist by the CSR. Then the retention department would constantly be put on hold and/or changing representatives. The last time the wait was well over an hour before I had to leave for work. I informed the rep I had to leave for work and provided a callback number. I was still put on hold instead of the courtesy of a return call with an explanation. Through the Telus Neighborhood form I was ask to use the verification link and yet still crickets. It ironic that as a telecom company, Telus, completely fails in communication. The contract I signed clearly states what I asking for. For Telus to fulfill their obligation. MyTelus app is a joke. It never worked. I tried talking to an agent about it today after trying for 90 minutes and was referred to the technical department. The call terminated after half an hour while on hold. Tried uninstalling the app and clearing the cache. Was ask to manually type in username and password. Still didn’t work.
