No. What I need is a phone number to an employee who will have the authority to cancel their service, a service that they never used and never wanted. My sister in Amherst,NS, got the home security system set up through a high pressure sales door approach a bit over a year ago. She is very timid and didn't want the system, but didn't know how to say no. Two men set it up on the spot, got her charge card info and her signature and promised to come back and train her. They never returned. The system has never been activated. No security warning sign has ever been given to her to place on her front door. She continues to pay over $50 per month on a three year contract. She does not want the system and has no idea how to get out of it. Any suggestions ?908Views0likes3Comments
