Yes, the magic calendar that happens every December. It took so long before I could join any sort of support concerning the issue that I lost interest in it. Next time make sure your things work properly for everyone and that support is reacheable easily & quickly. There's absolutely no reason why this thing wouldn't work as intended all of a sudden. I had no issues at all in December 2023. Seriously check your things next time so situations like these don't happen. Ridiculous.Unable to participate in the magic calendar
I'm unable to participate in the magic calendar since yesterday (2024-12-20). It gives me an error message saying there was an issue processing my redemption. I tried on mobile about 2-3 different ways, and on 2 computers, nothing. Issue is still there. Very frustrating knowing that I managed to participate every other day with no error at all, using the mobile app.
