I am facing 100% the same situation. definitely getting scammed and going to cancel everything before I even get my phone. I'm being 100% scammed exactly like you. they promise a deal and never deliver and charge more.

I called store on 610 6th St Unit K9, New Westminster, BC V3L 3C2 https://boltwireless.ca/telus-koodo-store-new-westminster-bc/ I am moving my phone from Fido to Telus and was promised $50/month and a Pixel watch. I got charged tax on new pixel phone as well already charged on my account. Now my telus shows $65 a month and I haven't even received my phone! Cancel everything and I want my money back right now! I will do a charge back to my credit card tomorrow. I'm tired of calling Telus and literally no one knows anything.
