I am scammed by telus store and phone support knows nothing!
I called store on 610 6th St Unit K9, New Westminster, BC V3L 3C2

I am moving my phone from Fido to Telus and was promised $50/month and a Pixel watch. I got charged tax on new pixel phone as well already charged on my account. Now my telus shows $65 a month and I haven't even received my phone!
Cancel everything and I want my money back right now! I will do a charge back to my credit card tomorrow. I'm tired of calling Telus and literally no one knows anything.

it's not about the bill. the amount shouldn't be $65. i didn't sign up for $65/month bill.
