Again my credit card was debited for the subscription. I still cannot activate my subscriptions. We are going on 6 months

I checked the email address and it’s correct. I already have a Telus account for my cellphones. They attached the stream + to that account.

HiFor six months I haven’t been to activate my subscription for stream+. I have called and was passed to a number of people.I got the previous charges reversed but I have been charged for 2 months since.Please helpSent from my iPad
