My ADT Pulse has been saying ‘Offline’ for a week. Reset gateway and modem but nothing. Called today and rep took forever and could not figure it out. Said he would call me but never did. What is going on??
Thanks for your reply.Tried rebooting many time to no avail. Still Offline.Logged in and out of ADT Pulse app multiple times but nothing.I went to look at Settings in the app but could not see what to look at.Please help!
