ADT Pulse
My ADT Pulse has been saying ‘Offline’ for a week. Reset gateway and modem but nothing. Called today and rep took forever and could not figure it out. Said he would call me but never did. What is going on??

Here’s a few things you can try:
- Ensure that the gateway and modem are properly connected to the network and working. Sometimes a simple reboot of the modem or router can help reset the connection.
- Try logging into your ADT Pulse account and checking the system settings. You may need to re-sync or reconnect the system to restore functionality.

- PloverNeighbourThanks for your reply.Tried rebooting many time to no avail. Still Offline.Logged in and out of ADT Pulse app multiple times but nothing.I went to look at Settings in the app but could not see what to look at.Please help!
