OK - I gave up. I paid the bill today as it still hadn't come out. I don't know why they bother to have auto-pay if they aren't going to deduct it from your account. I better not get charged a late fee for this. Sheesh! How hard is it to set up electronic payments and then actually act on it? I set-up auto payments around Nov 20th and the payment was supposed to come out automatically on December 3rd. As of today's date (Dec 7th) it still shows as payment outstanding. What gives? I don't want to get hit with late fees. I've been trying to set up my voicemail for my land line. The first step to access the voicemail is to enter your home phone number, which I did. It then said it is the incorrect password. Huh? That's my phone number. Now whenever I dial *98, I get the message: "The voice messaging system cannot access your mailbox at this time." I've been on hold for over an hour (with the same music playing over and over), just to try and get my services switched over from Shaw. The installation went great this morning and everything works flawlessly. Is there no way, I can do the switch over the internet? Or is there any way to have a call back option so I don't have to continuously sit on hold? I don't know how much longer I can take this music - help!828Views0likes1Comment
