Maybe it’s on there end bc I also set up fibre internet and can’t link my account as well maybe gotta wait till they come to install it but I’m at a loss on why it’s ain’t linking as well you not the only one.

So got set up with a plan for home internet got the emails registered and when I go to link my account number says it’s been cancelled the lady says it’s impossible as she activated it so idk what’s happening do I have to wait for them to come install before I can even link my account?
