I have just signed up for 2 year term for my internet plan and the specialist loyalty agent said that I will get email regarding the contract. But I have never seen email for that contract. Is that usual?

No billing charged
My billing cycle is every 7th and I have never billed yet. I already called the agent on October 15th and they said maybe the system delay. It is never happened before and my due date is on end of month. What do I have to do if I am still not billed until end of month?
