No MyTelus for business account or online TelusTV access
Hi everyone I posted a while ago about my bad experiences switching from residential to business. Still a nightmare Now I find out the following The MyTelus app cannot be used with business accounts even though the residential support tell you it can You cannot log to the TelusTV web site using a business account so you can't watch things online Perhaps as a consequence of the previous problem, you can't log in to something like Sportsnet online to watch content even though you have subscribed to it through Telus. When you try to log in and it takes you to the Telus site to authenticate it doesn't work Has anyone been able to get these things to work Kevin1.5KViews0likes2CommentsTelus + no pause of live TV
Just had one of those small black Telus TV units installed. When I try to pause live TV, I get a message that a live stream can’t be paused. Is this right as I was able to do it with my old Optik Tv unit and if so it seems like a downgrade. Thanks Kevin.1.4KViews0likes1Comment
