How do I send a private message? I have submitted a request though the "resolve your issue" with the management team twice. First time i got a voicemail telling me to wait longer, second time was yesterday before I posted in neighborhoods, with no response. It has been more than enough billing cycles for it to have been returned. I keep being told to wait one more week, or allow "extra time for the long weekend". How many long weekends have happened between then and now? I want my money refunded so I can stop dealing with this company. I had my services cancelled in February. It's now August. I have called probably 5 times and I keep being told to wait another week. Where is my money?
