Looking to get an EPP plan but want to port number
i was looking to get an EPP plan through Telus. I am already a Telus customer but the EPP plan states it is for new subscribers. Does that mean i cannot qualify for the EPP plan? Also it states I am eligable to port over an existing number. keep getting called by 1-888-811-2323 and it comes up as TELUS but it is coming in from the USA. I answered once and it straight up sounded like a call center scam place where you can hear all the other people in the background talking to their respective scam targets. im 99.9% positive it is a scam but just want to double check.1.9KViews0likes1Comment
