Does Telus have an affiliate in the USA
keep getting called by 1-888-811-2323 and it comes up as TELUS but it is coming in from the USA. I answered once and it straight up sounded like a call center scam place where you can hear all the other people in the background talking to their respective scam targets. im 99.9% positive it is a scam but just want to double check.

There have been some overseas scam call centres that have been pretending to be Telus lately and offering insane sounding deals. They have been spoofing the caller ID to show Telus' toll free number also. If in doubt, call Telus if you need anything. You don't have to give any info to someone cold calling you.
