I am 20+, but I'd tell my grandchildren one day to run away from Telus
I made a few calls, but nobody could explain the overcharge in bills caused by some greedy sales representative, and every customer service attempted to solve the overcharging problem and promised it's solved over the phone, and new bills keep charging more and more.
