I had this happen on my internet bill a discount/promotion disappeared. After checking previous bills I found out that the discount actually expired and I had to call and ask if they could give that discount back or if they could offer a new one. ALWAYS get it written in email what they say/offer over the phone if they refuse to send an email with the offer/promotion decline it (Yes, I know it sounds dramatic and over reacting but that's how I avoid getting screwed over and being charged ridiculous charges). Customer Service Agreement or a Shipping Label to return my old device: Sometimes they send this label by email so you have to print it or you might have to get it off their site somewhere but it's best to call and check. I learned my lesson to ask more than 1 rep what the deal and plan I get and have them all verify the same story. Now I can tell Telus it's on recording I was given a certain plan at a certain price but I learned recently it's even better to request an EMAIL with what the rep is offering and signing you up for and to include the details of the plan/agreement. It's Sunday I think they are closed I just hanged up to call on Monday. I'd love if American companies came here too but politicians and other lobbyist will NEVER allow that to happen. Hello I just signed up for Telus mobility on black Friday for 2 people. I was offered the $55 plan for $35 and I verified with 3 different telus reps and they confirmed my plan will be $35 each totaling $70 monthly. The telus reps told me the discounts will be applied in the bill and I will see it but nothing is applied. Now I got my first bill and I was charged $143+tax and my $20 discount was not applied to either plan and I called Telus and been on hold for 2 hours. I am wondering if they will correct it and send a revised bill or if I have to call and get this corrected.3.3KViews0likes2Comments
