I have repeatedly tried calling and tried using your absurdly poor “chat” system all to no avail. That brought me to this platform but I see you are bent on ensuring that it doesn’t yield satisfaction either. Telus is the worst business I've ever tried to resolve issues with. Telus is the worst company I've ever encountered for getting billing errors resolved. Their attitude is "we're right so piss off". I have never encounter such a rude dismissive organization and our bill is still seriously in error.4.5KViews0likes0Commentsovercharging
Why is Telus attempting to overcharging us? On May 2nd we agreed with Telus representatives on Home Phone -- $15.87 TELUS Internet 150 -- $80.00 and Essentials -- $30.00 for a total of $125.87 per month before taxes yet this morning we had an e-mail saying our charges will be $190.07 per month.3.1KViews0likes3Comments
