I am also extremely frustrated with incredibly long wait times. trying to help my father who has cognitive problems deal with the fact that he is getting charged $350 more than he expected last month because Telus sales reps keep contacting him to ask him if he wants to sign up for 'special offers' etc etc. Now he cannot cancel unless we wait how long - 1 hour, 2 hours , 3 hours on the phone? more??????8.4KViews0likes0CommentsHome Security - ?cellular backup during power outage?
Hi, I wonder if during a power outage (no power to my home router, or if the internet service goes down), when the Home Security touchscreen panel switches to power backup, is it connected by cellular backup?
