Could you tell me how to send a 'private message'? I can only tell the information for extra charge is to call your side but without providing me any phone. I call the phone finding from web about half an hour ago. And, I was told the office was not in service yet(normal) but without telling me the office hour. Yeah. Weird. And, we are told calling its customer service for disable this service. I never know/use the service. I can't connect them over 2 hours! From all your questions, I wonder why we are not provided a simple switch disable the service. We can be charged for the month only if we enable it.246Views0likes8Comments
