Re: [Megathread] TELUS Rewards
I've had a consistent issue that, despite my mobility post-paid account being linked to my home account, I don't receive the monthly extra 2 points on my Rewards account. This has been an ongoing issue for nearly two years. I have attempted to troubleshoot with the call centre in the past, however, have always been transferred back and forth between mobility & home service teams with no resolution. How can I get the points to post monthly, and the points owing from previous mobility bills going back to when I signed up for mobility in November 2022?12KViews0likes1CommentRe: Slow internet speed

I've never asked a Telus employee to find their way out of a wet paper bag, so I can't say I've had the same problem.3.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Red Deer, AB - How is there not better coverage in this city?!
The Telus fibre network needed to be built from the ground up, and connected to every single point of service in their service area. That's not a small task. Some areas will get done before others, that's just how it goes. There are still neighbourhoods in major cities that are not connected. I believe your characterization that "Telus [is] sitting around like a dumb turtle" isn't accurate. They have now connected > 80% of their traditional footprint to their new network. That doesn't happen when you "sit around like a dumb turtle".7.3KViews1like0CommentsRe: Telus Internet 300 Boxing Day 2020 (Week) discount screenshot?
You can review contract changes in My Telus. Click on My Profile and then View Service Agreements for your home services. This will show you your most recent Service Agreement and pricing. If this doesn't match your records then it's worth reaching out to billing support.2.4KViews0likes0CommentsFacilities Contact
Does anyone know how I would contact Telus if one of their facilities needs attention? The Telus switching building in my neighbourhood has had a very icy and dangerous sidewalk since Monday that needs attention. I tried reporting it on chat but they didn't seem to understand that I didn't require an appointment.Solved3.4KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Internet
In addition to the advice provided by the other poster, I would recommend against disabling your antivirus software to download a program. Most modern antivirus software programs will allow legitimate programs to be downloaded without incident. You would lose protection against malware and other threats if you disabled Norton. Before disabling Norton, triple confirm that you are downloading a program from a legitimate source. For instance, if you are trying to download the latest Google Chrome, make sure you do it directly from Google.ca/chrome. Not using a link sent to you by email, shown on a popup, Facebook, etc.2.9KViews1like0Comments
