I ordered a device May 7/20 & it has not showed up yet. I contacted Telus Mobility by email May 11/20 (The only way to contact them), an automated reply said to expect a reply to take 3-4 days. As of today (May 18/20) I have not yet received a reply. In my opinion Telus customer service is BRUTAL, I would say you have at least a week or more until your order ships. Thanks for the reply Polecat. I tried contacting them but the person on chat couldn't help & due to Covid they are swamped. They said I had to contact the online sales team, (3-4 day wait for a reply expected). I just thought someone in here might know. I ordered a Samsung S10e online last Thursday, today I look & there s a $310 promo on the phone (Cheaper than what I paid) & I haven't even received my phone yet. Does anyone know, if I contact Telus is they will extend the promo to me?Solved6.2KViews0likes4Comments
