Spent 90 minutes with telus support. We were able to get 2 of the 3 series working. Seems to be a sync conflict glitch between the guide and the shown schedule. Just what it is with this new system. Glitchy problems. Telus unable to resolve the 3rd series issue. Why can't we have flexibility for when recorded shows start and stop like rogers. Most of the shows start 2 to 2 1/2 minutes prior to real start time. What a wasted effort to continually need to go forward on every recording. Don't get me started on how the fast forward/backwards options are lacking. I had several series recording and then they stopped ( global news 6pm and jimmy Kimmel). I went to go set them up again and I can only record them on individual days and not as a series. Even on different channels. It says they are a series recording but they don't work. This seemed to coincide with a remote update. Any ideas what's going on?80Views0likes2Comments
