Episode availability is controlled by the channel provider, but since episodes 1-4 and 6 are all available, it would seem more like some kind of issue with the CityTV On Demand library. Great catch!

The TELUS Prepaid Mastercards do not have a redemption limit in the Rewards Catalogue. If you look at the Bill Credit catalogue items you'll see the disclaimer about those ones specifically only being available once every 12 months.

When items are out of stock for the Rewards program they are temporarily removed from the catalogue. If/when more stock is available, you should see any 'missing' products back in the catalogue and available for ordering.
