How to Report WAN routing issue for seattle.bb.telus.com?
For the past 3 days I've been experiencing packet loss at the interface from TELUS in Seattle to Level3 - who do I report this to at TELUS? How? I'm connecting to some servers in NYC and I don't have another option. This is MTR running today at about 10 AM Pacific My traceroute [v0.95] (#########) -> 212.2.247.235 (212.2.247.235) 2024-07-05T09:52:27-0700. Frustrated that it's been going on for 3 days and no improvement?
