Telus Remote Replacement for TV Digital Box
I have tried numerous times to get 2 New Remotes as our Dog has chewed them up. I managed once to finally get them, but I need more and have called twice now , and they say they will send them but it doesn't happen, nor do I get a tracking number. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get this done. Basically this has been ongoing since March. I tried to reply to a similar post, but it won't let me, so I am sorry if it's a duplicate topic.
