I returned both equipment in the same waybill and it's saying I didn't return one of them.
Hey TELUS_Support. I cancelled my home security and returned both the camera and the control panel in the same box in a single waybill, because I didn't realize I was supposed to return the equipment using different waybills. Now I started getting messages saying I didn't return the camera. I don't have the equipment anymore but I have the proof of delivery of the single waybill. Hi. I cancelled my Home Security services and tried to return the equipment (camera and central panel). I didn't realize I got two different Purolator waybills and that I was supposed to send 2 different packages.
