Is this a scam?
Got called by someone claimed to be from Telus and offered me a new plan like $30 for 100 GB/month, unlimited talk/text, USA/Mexico roaming, and international calling. I got suspicious at this point when he verified my email and told me that there will be an request from Microsoft for email (I use hotmail email). I told them what happened. My email account password was changed somehow. Fortunately I use two-step login (which is tied to my physical cell phone) and was able to change the password. He sent me a summary of the offer with the email domain mobilitytelus.com. Today they called again and made a follow-up and asked about my EPP and asked me to send my EPP email to sales @ mobilitytelus.com I hung up at this point.422Views0likes3Comments
