I figured it out, not as straight forward as it should be. The first option should be downloading individually, shouldn't have to look for that option. I manage 2 businesses and two households, out of the websites and monthly payments I deal with, being monthly electrical, gas, phone bills etc., Telus has been the most difficult to manage. Why is it when I want to look at a Telus bill from the previous month, or maybe 3 months ago, it downloads ALL the bills from the past 18 months? This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen on any Account I have that has monthly bills. All the other companies I deal with show a list of available bills and then I choose the one I want, they don't download the past year and a half. As noted earlier, this is SOOOO stupid!!
