Offers under "my offers" for new customers only?
I'm interested in upgrading my internet plan to one that's offered under "my offers" through the my Telus account app. I decided to call customer service to get more details on the plan. The customer service rep said these offers are for new customers only. I asked why are offers being showed under the "my offers" section yet I can't get them. Is there something I am missing here?
