No, actually I received a call, however the person was supposed to call me back the next morning and I never heard back…. This was 2 days ago!! I hope this won’t affect my credit! I just want to cancel my service!!

I requested a internet transfer with another provider, but clearly hasn't gone through Telus as I am still being charged. Post Canada also hasn't delivered the modern, maybe that is why... BUT, I am unable to talk to someone over the phone !!! I have been waiting for over 2 hours.... How else can I contact them? Email??
