well I would like to know whatever happened to the message I sent in the chatbox, to which I was supposed to get a reply later. anyways, I was charged an extra $45 for going over 1000GB of internet usage but I have never had a limit. The plan I signed up for was always unlimited, so I want an explanation of this, a refund of the $45 as well as compensation for this error. I just checked my bill and encountered the same error. I always had an unlimited data plan for internet and now they changed it to 1000GB limit without my approval and charged me an extra $45 this month. One needs to be very diligent every month in checking TELUS charges as they tend to try and sneak in fee changes without informing the client. This should be addressed to the CCTS (https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/) as a complaint, which is what I will be doing if I don't get a quick resolution.1.5KViews0likes7Comments
