I just got off the phone with tech support. It would appear to be a glitch in the mobile app ( Apple ) software. They confirmed that no transfers are ordered or pending. I also learned that they will contact me with a code to complete any transfers. Why am I seeing this message every time I log into my account. I'm not transferring anything. " We're having trouble processing your transfer request.
