What was the box connected to in its original location? (ethernet, coax) What is it now connected to in its new location? The box isn't seeing the internet connection.

It all depends on the box. Only one specific model is wireless. The rest are not and require a physical connection.

@Devon95 On the Optik Receiver press an hold the power button down for 10 seconds then release. It will take a minute or two to reboot.

@Devon95 What model is the receiver your trying to connect with WiFi? VIP5602W?
Also make sure you log into the 3200 modem/router and make sure the Optik TV Service is Enabled. Located under wireless setup.
