Graffiti on Telus boxes - requested removal for the last 4 years

There has been graffiti on the Telus boxes outside our complex for the past 4 years. We have tried contacting the Telus graffiti email (graffit@telus.net), the City of Surrey and the Crime Prevention office many times, but have never received a response. 

Location: Corner of 65th Avenue and 194th Street in Surrey.
