Channel Subscription

So on Sunday I had added a channel package to my account on my optic TV and now on Tuesday the channels still come up in black and when I put on just my subscribed channels they don't show up and when I do all channels on my guide it shows the channels but they're black and when I click on them they just give me the option to press OK and then it says view options and when I could give you options it says I'm already subscribe to the channel so I don't know what to do How do I make it so that I can watch those channels?

@CourtneyyyJane Please contact Telus, so they can see why it hasn't been added. Normally channels are added within a few minutes.

You may also want to can follow the guide and add the channel through your receiver, before giving them a call. https://www.telus.com/en/bc/support/article/manage-optik-tv-channels
