5 weeks ago i  called to see if i could get disconnected for the month i was going on vacation i was told that you would'nt disconnect  my services but i would have to pay for the month , i received a bill for the month i was gone i tryt many times to call the 888 # and the 310 # i was told that they would get back to me in about 45 minutes and you never call back i want to talk to some one

The only way to speak with someone is to call in. This is a basic support forum if you have basic questions, but anything account related will have to call in and speak with someone directly.
