We can access the guide on the TV itself with no problem. But when I go to the optic TV remote app on my iPad I only have the channel numbers and no content. Have tried a second iPad that we have at home and it is no longer working properly either. How can we get back the content? I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still have the same problem
I'm a bit confused. Are you discussing the Telus Optik TV App, or the Telus Smart Remote App? Make sure you have downloaded the most recent application - and not simply re-downloaded an old version of App.
