New Telus customer. Switched from Shaw. Had no issues with sorround then. Issue: Sonos connected to eARC: Telus box is at max. Volume indicator goes up and down but the volume on the sorround does not track. I have read the past posts, tried repairing the remote, and power cycling. It may correct the issue for a short period but it goes back to not working correctly.60Views0likes3Comments
