800 deposit when not in contract when got the phones new customer
Hi I ordered service on 10 of Sept of 4 lines . Moved from rogers to telus. Biggest mistake! 1st service is bad. Was under sky and looking for signal on London ontario . Complained them Main issue: the telus rep never stated there is a 800 $ deposit fee. When I saw the bill of 1104$ . 1st bill. I was in shock!!!. Wtf is this? I called the telus rep said. I ve sold so many and never had any issue like this . My credit score is excellent!. There is nothing in my contact stated i ve to pay the deposit fee. Nor the telus was aware of any like this. If it was. He would ve told me in advance !! The telus rep was in shock too I am in shock and disappointed!! This feels like scamming ppl! I need help to get this removed!!
