Dear Office of the President. I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding a recent and deeply unpleasant experience I had with customer service representative ( Berry Diallo ) and their supervisor (Prince ) both are from Salvador. During my interaction with Berry, I was treated with a shocking level of disrespect. I was told to be quire and list and when I voiced my frustration, I was told to do whatever I want - with the clear implication that my complaint wouldn't matter because, according to him, they've been in the job for long time and would not face any consequences. I would also like to share that this call I am sure is recorded which happened today ( July 7,2025) at 10:00 AM (EST ). This kind of dismissive and arrogant attitude is completely unacceptable and deeply troubling. Not only was their tone unprofessional and uncooperative, but they also failed to explain things clearly or assist me with my issue. Instead, I was told to do more research and work before calling TELUS. which only added to my frustration and confusion. As a TELUS customer, I find this experience incredibly disappointing , I am requesting that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that I receive a proper follow-up and resolution from someone in the position of accountability. I cancelled the Telus smart Hub in October of 2023 as Telus brought fiber optic line to my neighbourhood. Eight months later, I receive a collection notice from MetCredit Agency for the unpaid account. The account was cancelled with NO money owing. Telus did not cancel the account on their end. And despite repeated attempts (in their words) to contact us, it was sent to a collection agency. Telus insists they tried to get a hold of us despite the fact that our bills come via email to - wait for it... a telus email account. Seven phone calls and a lot of yelling, I thought it was resolved. We just received another notice from Resolve Financial recovery asking to pay a reduced rate.
