I'm also unable to activate the 24 months of Disney + promo that was bundled in with the new rate plans I'd signed up for on Black Friday. We've encountered numerous difficulties during the course of migrating from Koodo to TELUS under the offer we were given, and it's taken +++ hours to get the other issues resolved. For this problem, I've tried accessing support via phone, chat and social media (via TELUS Support's X/Twitter account). All end with the same promise to escalate to Technical Support within 1-4 business days. Repeatedly NO ONE replies. Extremely frustrating.
